The employees of Ir-wrist-ables are encouraged and rewarded to go out and do service projects twice a year by volunteering their time to help our community by having a big service events that’ll includes feeding the needy, cleaning the environment, donating 2% of our profit to Good-Will. Our employees are given a three days extra for Christmas vacation as a reward for volunteering their time with these service projects.
